In the event you need to cancel or change please call us immediately we have a 24hr cancellation policy.
We do not offer same-day cancellations or rescheduling.
In order to book a reservation with Alpine Spa and Salon, a valid credit card number or gift certificate is required. By doing so you authorize the use of a credit card/gift certificate to be used as 100% of appointment cost if cancelled outside of the allotted 24hr cancellation policy.
We do not offer refunds for gift certificates.
